Chatterbox Café, a well-known restaurant in Singapore known as the “Legendary Mandarin Hainanese Chicken Rice”, has recently opened its third branch in AIRSIDE, a new shopping mall in Kai Tak, after opening its second branch in Hong Kong at Wai Fong in Tai Wai. With the theme of “Chat ‘N’ Chill”, the new store provides diners with a comfortable gathering place for casual dining in Singapore. It will continue to serve its signature Hainanese Chicken Rice and continue the Chatterbox legend of Mandarin Orchard Hotel in Singapore.

The AIRSIDE branch covers an area of ​​over 2,800 square feet. It follows the brand’s representative green and natural style to create a spacious and bright dining environment. Coupled with the light wood-colored natural wood in the store, and the dining tables and furnishings with various textures and lines such as traditional rattan and bamboo veneers, it has a unique holiday feel.

The AIRSIDE store continues to use the signature green mixed with natural landscaping to create a new casual resort style.

AIRSIDE’s new store has a series of must-try signature dishes, including “White Pepper Bak Kut Teh”, “Signature Treasure Scallop Laksa”, “Singapore Seafood Hokkien Chow Mein”, etc. As for the flagship “Mandarin Hainanese Chicken Rice”, the chef selects high-quality chicken and slow-cooks it for 50 minutes, making the boneless chicken more tender and flavorful. It is then served with fragrant rice cooked with chicken stock and chicken oil, which is full of oil. The grains are distinct. Finally, you can dip it in secret chili sauce, dark soy sauce and ginger according to your personal preference to enhance the taste of the chicken.
