The 21st round in the Premier League was closed tonight (Monday) with Tottenham’s victory 0:1 over Fulham and Manor Solomon from a goal by Harry Kane. The English striker scored in extra time of the first half and equaled the legendary Jimmy Greaves, as the greatest Tottenham scorer of all time with 206 goals in the Roosters uniform. The Israeli winger recorded 16 minutes and was close to scoring his first goal in the Premier League when he squeezed a wonderful save from Hugo Lloris.

After a pair of losses, to Arsenal and Manchester City, Antonio Conte continued with the lineup he started in the away game against the Blues and saw his players struggle against Marco Silva’s defense. In the first minute of added time in the first half, Jung Min Son passed to Harry Kane who was released superbly and kicked a precise ball into Brand Leno’s corner on the way to 0:1 for the Roosters. The goal made Kane Tottenham’s all-time leading scorer, along with Jimmy Greaves, with 206 goals for the club. It was also Kane’s 24th goal from outside the box in the Premier League, becoming only the second to do so after Kevin De Bruyne who had 25. In the 80th minute, Menor Solomon came on as a substitute and squeezed out a great save from Hugo Lloris in the 89th minute, but was unable to get more opportunities and help his team score the long-awaited equalizer.

Tottenham halted their losing streak and moved to within three points of fourth-placed Manchester United, while Fulham halted after four consecutive Premier League wins to remain seventh after Brighton drew 2-2 with Leicester earlier in the season.
