Bulandshahr: A complaint has been filed in the district court against BJP MP Kangana Ranaut who made a statement about rape and murder of women during the farmers’ movement in Bulandshahr, UP. The court has ordered Kangana Ranaut to appear on October 25.
In Bulandshahr MLA MP court, National Organization General Secretary of Bharatiya Kisan Union Kisan Shakti, Gajendra Sharma filed a petition in the court. He said that farmers had protested at Ghazipur border against the three black laws brought against the farmers. During the protest, officials of BKU Kisan Shakti also participated and protested against the black law.
What statement was given?
It was alleged that on 24 August, BJP MP and actress Kangana Ranaut had given a controversial statement during an interview in Mumbai. In which Kangana had said that rapes and murders took place during the farmers’ protest. She had said that if the government in India had been weak, a situation like Bangladesh could have arisen there.
Rape and murders happened during the farmers’ movement
In the name of farmers’ movement, only violence was spread, and rape was committed and murder was done on the spot and the bodies were hanged. After the withdrawal of the bill, the rioters were shocked, because they had made a big plan. Gajendra Sharma has also submitted the CD of this interview which was aired on various channels in the court. It was told that on August 28, he had also given a memorandum to the Lok Sabha Speaker along with the farmers in this matter.
Although a complaint was sent online to the Prime Minister on September 2, no action was taken against her even after this. It is clear from this that MP Kangana Ranaut has insulted the farmers, which is wrong from a judicial and social point of view. The court of ACJM II has directed Kangana Ranaut to appear in court on October 25 in the case.
