Kangin, a former member of the group Super Junior, recently shared a new photo on his social media. On August 10th, he uploaded two photos with no caption. The released photo captures Kangin’s casual attire and bright smile, attracting attention.
Kim Sang-hyeok commented on the post, praising Kangin’s newfound positivity, while Ayumi expressed her desire to see him display a similar expression in their presence. Brian also complimented him on his looks.
Kangin has had his fair share of controversies. In 2009, he was involved in an altercation with a pedestrian while intoxicated and was fined for a hit-and-run. He faced further controversy in 2016 for driving under the influence and was fined again. He also became embroiled in the Burning Sun Gate scandal and left Super Junior in 2019.
In 2023, Kangin appeared on YouTube’s ‘The Lives of Others’ and denied involvement in the Burning Sun Gate controversy. He also renewed his contract with SM Entertainment last year. Additionally, he launched the communication platform Dear You Bubble service in May of this year.
