With the injury of number one goalkeeper Albino Gomes, the Blasters began a search for experienced goalkeepers. Prabhsukhan Singh Gill was the Blasters’ net keeper in the last few matches against Mumbai City Fc.
The Kerala Blasters will play their seventh match of the season in the ISL today. Chennai FC will face Vasco da Gama in Goa. The match will start at 7.30 pm. The Blasters will be confident of beating defending champions Mumbai City by three goals in the last match. Chennai will also have a tough fight ahead of Odisha FC.
The Blasters and Chennai have met 16 times. Chennai won six and Blasters three each, while the seven-match series ended in a draw. The Blasters are currently sixth with nine points from six games with two wins and three draws. Chennai are fourth with 11 points from three matches with two wins and two draws.
