Karina confirmed that her son Xander completed his gender reassignment process, highlighted People En Español. The Venezuelan singer has supported the young man in the process that began in 2016.
“That he is a productive person and that he is happy, with him, which is the most important thing. Happiness is so hard to come by for anyone. We use very lightly that of ‘this is normal.
