In Karnataka, CCTV footage of a government bus colliding with two two-wheelers parked on the roadside to avoid an accident has caused a stir.
A motorcyclist was trying to cross the National Highway on the Sangeswaram Belgaum National Highway near Belgaum in Karnataka. The Karnataka government bus, which was speeding at the time, tried not to collide with a two-wheeler trying to cross the road.
The government bus then lost control of the driver and collided with two two-wheelers parked on the roadside. Three people were seriously injured in the accident and survived. Locals who witnessed the incident rescued the injured and rushed them to Belgaum District Hospital.
Police have registered a case and are investigating. The police investigation revealed that the injured were identified as Chatrudeen, Maruti Kota and Rama Vandamuri from the same area.
