An intelligence report has revealed that a private hospital has failed in the case of a girl who died of food poisoning in Kasaragod after eating kasamanti. According to an intelligence report, despite seeking treatment for food poisoning twice, the private hospital authorities did not inform the health department. The samples were sent for testing at Kozhikode Regional Analytical Lab. Earlier, Wakan food safety department had ordered to stop the operation of Al Romansia hotel. The Food Safety Department informed that the establishment is licensed.
