Supermodel Kate Moss, who had a relationship with Johnny Depp for 4 years in the 90s, arrived yesterday (Wednesday) to testify in his well-publicized lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard.

The 48-year-old Moss appeared in court in a live video call in front of the Virginia courtroom to address Hurd’s allusions that while they were together, Depp pushed Moss down the stairs. While in the UK, Moss said under oath that this was the first time she had testified in court and stated that Depp had never pushed her up any stairs while on holiday in Jamaica, as Amber had hinted.

“We left our hotel room and Johnny came out a little ahead of me, she said. There was a rainstorm. When I went out I slipped on the stairs and injured my back. I screamed because I did not know what was happening to me and it hurt. He ran back to help, carried me to the room and made sure I got medical treatment. He did not push me, kick me or throw me down any stairs. ” Moss only testified, and was not cross-examined by Heard’s defense team.

This is the fifth week of a lawsuit that is stirring up Hollywood. Depp sued Heard for $ 50 million for publishing in 2018 an article claiming she was a victim of domestic violence. Although she did not mention Depp’s name, in light of the reports in the background of their divorce, it was understandable that she meant him and according to his lawyers this move had hurt his career.
