RIYADH: Super 12 matches of ‘Safamaka – Keli Mega Cricket 2022’, the first tournament under the leadership of Keli Cultural Center, will start in the first week of December. The league matches concluded last week with 24 teams competing in six groups of four teams each.
Sulai K.C.A. – M.C.A. The ground-based tournament will enter the ‘Super 12’ after completing 36 games. Four matches in groups E and F were held in the fifth week of Keli’s first cricket tournament to compete for Ustad Hotel Winners Trophy, Safamaka Runners Trophy, Comrade K. Vasu Ettan & Asaf Winners Prize Money and Modern Education Runners Prize Money.
Teams Three Lines, Muruj 11 and Rhinos won Group E and Team Paramount won Group F. Kunjumon of Three Lines, Aziz of Paramount and Arshad of Muruj 11 were adjudged Man of the Match. Jayanna, Chacko, Raigun, Aju, Asif and Mahesh controlled the game as umpires.
In the Super 12 matches, Ashes will face Sparkens, Kannur Warriors will face Masters, Yuvdhara Azizia will face Al Ufook, Kerala Wizards will face Desert Heroes, Three Lines will face Silver Star Riyadh and Team Paramount will face Muruj 11.
