Kerala Janapasha (Secular) merges with BJP, PC George and party leaders join in New Delhi event

New Delhi ∙ The Kerala Janapasha (Secular) led by PC George has merged with the BJP. Party Chairman PC George, son Shaun George and George Joseph Kakkanad accepted BJP membership.

Union Minister V. Muralidharan, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Kerala party leader Prakash Javadekar and Anil Antony were present at the membership reception in Delhi.

PC George had responded that the decision was made on the basis of the discussion that has been going on for two months and that the demand to join the BJP is strong in the party. He also said that he will contest in Pathanamthitta if the party demands.
