Thiruvananthapuram : Omicron, a variant of the Kovid 19 virus in the state (Omicron) The plague is increasing. Health Minister Veena George said the new variant was detected in four new cases.
Omicron has been newly confirmed for four people from Thiruvananthapuram. With this, the total number of cases in the state rose to 15.

Those who came in contact with the 17-year-old, who was confirmed by Omicron from the UK yesterday, and two others have been diagnosed with the disease.
The mother of the 17 – year – old was identified by Omikron as a 27 – year – old woman from the UK and a 32 – year – old man from Nigeria.

The 27 – year – old from the UK is on the airport’s contact list. Coming from Thiruvananthapuram on December 12, Kovid’s ability to monitor at home is becoming positive.
On December 17, a young man from Nigeria was diagnosed with Kovid at the airport. The 32-year-old was rushed to hospital.
