Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala University V.C. rejected the governor’s ultimatum to issue the order today to expel 15 senate members due to the dispute related to the appointment. This morning, the Governor gave a letter to V.C.

But the university informed the governor that the VC was on a visit to Sabarimala and could not issue the order as no one else was given the responsibility.

The Governor announced that 15 members of the Senate who did not attend the Senate meeting held on October 11 have been withdrawn. Meanwhile, the university is not ready to implement the Governor’s order. Moreover, the VC has invited 15 people to attend the next Senate meeting.
