He is the second of the four plaintiffs. He was not present but in video link with the Southwark Crown Court in London where the trial of Kevin Spacey is taking place. This man accuses the Oscar-winning actor of having “grabbed” his crotch during a party. It all started well though. Aged 23 at the time of the alleged events, the accuser was serving beers in a pub in the Cotswolds.
