First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Lev Khasis

RBC was told about this by two sources in the companies of the e-commerce block in Sberbank. Now Khasis is not on the board of the bank. A spokesman for Sberbank declined to comment.
On February 15, Sber reported that the supervisory board considered the request of Khasis, who decided to leave the board “in order to be able to do his own projects.”
The top manager will cooperate with Sber as a consultant, and will also become president and chairman of the board of directors of the e-commerce holding that is creating the bank. The new structure will include Sber’s investments in SberMarket, SberMegaMarket, SberLogistics, Sber Eapteka and SMM Retail, as well as a stake in O2O holding, a joint venture with VK.
Khasis was scheduled to leave his post by June 1, 2022.
