The yellow flames of the Provincial Command of Naples are carrying out kidnappings for over 20 million euros to a professional from the Neapolitan area, believed to be the accountant of the Mallardo clan. The measures between the provinces of Naples, Caserta, Frosinone and Latina at the end of the investigations coordinated by the Neapolitan Anti-Mafia District Directorate.
They are underway, from the early hours of today, 26 July seizures of over 20 million euros against an accountant del Napoletano, believed to be in the service of the Mallardo di Giugliano clan. The measures, in execution between Campania and Lazio, were triggered at the end of the investigations carried out by the Guardia di Finanza of the Provincial Command of Naples and coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Naples.
According to the elements gathered by the investigators, the treasure was part of the illicit proceeds of the clan, which in this way had reinvested the capital deriving from illegal activities in order to build, in parallel, an entrepreneurial empire apparently disconnected from criminal contexts.
The yellow flames are seizing over 100 buildings, land, company shares, cars, as well as numerous financial relationships and cash, between the provinces of Naples, Caserta, Frosinone and Latina. The total value of the seized assets exceeds 20 million euros.
The Mallardo clan is one of the main ones of the Neapolitan Camorra. He is at the top, together with the Contini and the Licciardi, of the Secondigliano Alliance, one of the two macro-groups of the Neapolitan organized crime, opposed to the Mazzarella.
