Kim Zolciak, star of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” is facing legal troubles as she has allegedly not been served with a credit card lawsuit. According to a process server, they encountered difficulties trying to deliver the legal papers to Zolciak’s Georgia mansion. Upon arrival, the process server was informed by someone claiming to be a resident that the house had been recently purchased.
This development comes at a time when Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, are dealing with financial struggles and trying to sell their home. It is unclear whether Zolciak has actually moved out of the mansion, as there is still a possibility that the person who answered the door was misleading the process server. Biermann’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, claims that Zolciak has not yet vacated the property and that there are legal restrictions preventing the sale of the house.
Additionally, Zolciak is facing a lawsuit from SAKS for an alleged $150,000 credit card debt. The process server was attempting to serve her with the lawsuit when they encountered the aforementioned obstacles.
Representatives for Zolciak have stated that she is still residing in the house, as evidenced by her recent Instagram story. However, it remains to be seen how the legal situation will unfold for the reality TV star.
