After a long process of almost six years, kiosk owner Son Hung Dang can now finally breathe a sigh of relief. He had his fine greatly reduced, and the Treasury ends up paying the legal costs. The Tax Agency is left with a deficit and a tenfold increase in legal cases involving taxes.
