With an order from October 18 this year, but published yesterday, November 14, the Minister of Agriculture Kiril Vatev canceled order No. RD 09-159 of March 2, 2022 of the Minister of Agriculture Ivan Ivanov.
It was confirmed by the order in question from last year Method by measure 10 “Agroecology and climate” from PRDP.
In the methodology, it is written that payments by measure are made in the period from December 10 to June 30 (next year) after checking the conditions for admissibility.
Payments may be in full or with a percentage reduction in case of detected deviations from obligations. Further, the methodology outlines the sanctioning system for the individual areas.
