Shoppers at KITTE Nagoya can now purchase specialized character goods directly from an automated vending machine installed on the basement level. The new machine features distinct designs from the popular Chiikawa
franchise, offering fans immediate access to collectible figures and accessories starting November 1, 2026.
The deployment places themed dispensing units in a high-traffic transit zone, giving collectors direct access to physical goods.
Retail Machine Opens in KITTE Nagoya Basement
The newly outfitted retail machine debuted on November 1, 2026, inside the KITTE Nagoya B1F shopping area. Its availability matches the normal operational hours of the building. Organizers have explicitly requested that visitors refrain from contacting the venue directly with inquiries concerning the automated merchandise.

Shoppers approaching the installation will find exterior panels wrapped in visual themes drawn from the work of illustrator Nagano. Inventory batches rotate depending on active stock levels. The machine provides a physical storefront option directly connected to the Nagoya railway terminal.
Gray Parka Service Stocks Various Character Goods
The machine stocks items from two distinct product families. They are developed by Gray Parka Service, a company established on August 23, 2012.
