Jeddah: The last phase of the organization’s membership campaign organized by KMCC in Jeddah will begin on Thursday. Alrihab area meeting will be held at night and Ruwais area meeting on Friday. Other area meetings will be held in the following days with various programs. King Faisal Hospital Dr. Binyamin Muslim League State General Secretary Adv. PMA KMCC membership campaign was inaugurated in Jeddah by offering Salaam membership.
Later, many prominent people in social, cultural, art and service sectors and many people who resigned from other political parties joined KMCC. As part of the campaign, the mega family meet organized by combining art, sports and cultural programs became the biggest mega fair ever witnessed by the expatriate Jeddah. As part of the campaign, various programs such as a friendly audience and CH book release were held with prominent people of the country and people from different sectors of Jeddah. New area committees will be elected by the new council in the area conference.
Each area will have a returning officer consisting of Jeddah Central Committee officials and Saudi National Committee members and two observers selected from various district committee officials in Jeddah to supervise the election process. The list of returning officers and observers was approved by the Central Committee meeting held yesterday. Last time KMCC had 25,000 members in 72 area committees.
However, as part of the urban renewal in Jeddah, thirty areas were completely or partially demolished, so the campaign was focused on the existing and newly approved 60 areas. Once the formation of the area committee is completed, the new Jeddah Central Committee and the new Saudi National Committee will be established. Later, Central Committee President Ahmed Palayat and General Secretary Abu Bakar Arimbra announced that KMCC Panchayat, Mandal and District Committees in Jeddah will be reorganized on the basis of the same membership.
