The Ministry of Housing has already begun with the delivery of the bonus of 500 soles in the districts of Lima, Cajamarca and Lambayeque

Areas where the bonus is being delivered
To date, andhe Ministry of Housing has published ministerial resolutions for the districts of: Lima (District of Cieneguilla and in Pachacamac), cajamarca (San Ignacio province, Chirinos district) and Lambayeque (San Jose district).

Steps to access the financial subsidy
- if you are a potential beneficiary and the Ministry of Housing has already published the Ministerial Resolution indicating that they will give this bond in your district you have 7 business days to present a series of documents:
- The application for granting the bonus.
- The affidavit of not having another home in addition to the one affected.
- The rental contract for another home, signed with the landlord and legalized before a notary public.
2. When you present the document, the district municipality must send the documents to the Ministry of Housingeither virtually or in person, within a maximum period of 3 days.
3. After the municipality sends the documents, an address from the Ministry of Housing verifies that the properties to be rented are not considered uninhabitable and a list of potential beneficiaries must be sent to the housing fund within a period of 5 days.
Bono 500
It is one ofmonthly economic aid of 500 soles that will be given within two years for families whose homes collapsed due to floods and mudslides.
“The first requirement is that the house be declared uninhabitable by the municipalities, after there is no double ownership. The bonus only applies to the owners of the house or possessors of this“, explained the Ministry of Housing.

For those affected who have lost their home, but cannot prove that they were owners, they will be given a housing modulewhich are already in the purchase process, will also be delivered to those who are registered.
In this regard, the Ministry of Housing indicates that they are the mayors of each affected district are the ones who must register to find out who are the victims who need this support and once the standards are available, the call for the delivery of the bond is made.
