On the 17th, Kerrys announced that a special Korea-France exchange exhibition titled ‘Blanc’ will be held, featuring Korean and French artists, centered around domestic artists with developmental disabilities.

The exhibition will be held from August 13 to 19 at the Sabine Bayasli Gallery in Paris, where the Paralympic Games will be held. Hosted by Dowaji, a non-profit organization established to provide art education and support for the disabled, and organized by K-Leese, a comprehensive art consulting and collaboration firm.

K-Rise held a domestic briefing session to announce the event in Jung-gu, Seoul on the 13th. A K-Rise official explained, “We planned the event to provide a platform for Korean artists with developmental disabilities to advance into the world,” and “It will be a new type of exhibition where not only the artworks of artists from both countries will be displayed, but also various forms of collaboration between various fields will take place.”

The briefing session also introduced the filming process of the hearing-impaired idol group Big Ocean. They participated in the exhibition promotional video through the theme song ‘SLOW’.

A K-Liz official said, “This is a particularly meaningful event not only because it is an exchange exhibition with various artists from both countries, but also because it is being carried out solely through donations from all walks of life,” adding, “We have implemented several themes, such as collaboration in various fields, fusion between pure art and cutting-edge technology, and support for culture and arts through donations, in one exhibition event.”
