Olympiacos have announced their fourth signing after Marko Stamenic, Alexandros Anagnostopoulos and Danny Garcia.
The “red and white” added to the team Costiniawho acquired Rio Ave for 2,500,000 euros with the Portuguese team retaining 30% of his rights, and signed a cooperation contract until 2028.
The 24-year-old, along with Rodinei, will form the duo at the right side of the Piraeus defense, essentially being an upgrade after Kini’s departure.
Costinha has been in the infrastructure sections of Rio Ave since 2017 when he made the move from Braga. In the completed season, he played in 37 games in all competitions, scoring five goals and providing six assists.
He was voted in the best 11 of the year in the Portuguese league, as well as the best footballer in his position.

“PAE Olympiacos announced the signing of Portuguese right-back João Pedro Loureiro da Costa, aka Costinia. The 24-year-old winger was born on March 26, 2000 and at a young age joined the infrastructure departments of Porto and Braga.
He was followed by Rio Ave, with whom he signed a professional contract in May 2018. In the completed season he made 37 appearances for Rio Ave, scoring five goals and providing six assists.
She has worn her jersey 121 times and is an international player with the Portugal Under 18, Under 19, Under 20 and Under 21 national teams.
