Kothu | Asif Ali’s ‘Koth’ with a song ‘like a drop of honey’; The film is in theatres

After six years, Sibi Malayil’s film Kothu starring Asif Ali and Roshan Mathew in the lead roles, the lyrical video of the song Thentulli is out. The video includes the making video and sets of the scenes in the song.

Love song Thentulli’s lyrics are penned by B.K. It is Harinarayan. Music by Kailas Menon is sung by Shruti Sivadas and K.K. Along with Nishad. The film will hit the theaters on September 16. ‘Koth’ is a film based on the politics of Kannur.

Ranjith and P.M. under the banner of Gold Coin Motion Pictures. Sasidharan is also producing the film. Nikhila Vimal is the heroine. Ranjith, Vijilesh, Atul, Srilakshmi, Sreejith Ravi, Kottayam Ramesh, Dinesh Alleppey, Rahul and Sivan Sopanam are playing the other lead characters in the film.

The Pandalam royal family visited the set of the movie ‘Malikapuram’, which tells the story of Ayyappan. Deepa Verma, Arun Verma and Sudhin Gopinath represented the royal family. After spending a long time on the sets, they shared details with the child actor Devananda, who plays the title character, and Unni Mukundan, who plays the lead role.

Tamil actor Sampath Ram, director Vishnu Sasi Shankar and screenwriter Abhilash Pillai were also present on the sets. The royal family members decided to visit the set after knowing the uniqueness of the film’s title and the theme it deals with. The royals assured the crew that they would have their full support for the film.

Malikappuram is a film that tells the story of an eight-year-old girl named Kalyani and her superhero Ayyappan. The film is directed by Vishnu Shashi Shankar, son of director Shashi Shankar, who is famous for films like Narayam, Kunhikoonan, Mr. Butler and Mantharmotiram. The editing of the film is done by Vishnu.
