Kovid for 1421; Four deaths

Thiruvananthapuram: Kovid was confirmed for 1421 people in the state yesterday. Four died. Yesterday, 29,754 samples were tested. The total death toll in the state rose to 66,462, with 13 deaths due to late receipt of documents and 71 deaths reported on appeal.
Ernakulam-304, Kottayam-161, Thiruvananthapuram-149, Kollam-128, Thrissur-112, Idukki-104, Kozhikode-103, Pathanamthitta-82, Malappuram-63, Wayanad-61, Palakkad-48, Alappuzha-47, Kannur – 47 and Kasaragod-12 districts.
2130 people who were treated were cured. 100% of the population was given one dose of vaccine (2,69,15,523) and 86% of people were given two doses of vaccine (2,31,67,073). 78% (11,94,933) of children aged 15 to 17 years were given the first dose and 40% (6,19,198) were given the second dose of the vaccine.
