Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi has announced more restrictions due to the proliferation of Omicron and the increase in Kovid cases. The new rules came into effect on Monday, the Abu Dhabi Media Office said on Twitter. Only 60 per cent are allowed to attend weddings, funerals and family reunions. A maximum of 50 peoplecan attend the indoor festivities. Up to 150 people can attend events at outdoor venues. Admission to events held in residential areas, such as hotels, is limited to 50 people. Participants in public events must submit a PCR Negative Certificate within 48 hours, along with conditions including an Alhosen Green Pass.
