KPMG billed 545.54 million euros in 2022, which represents an increase of 8.36% more in relation to the previous year, and increased its workforce by 600 professionals, according to data published in its Impact Report in Spain 2022.

In the breakdown of the billing figures for services, the firm billed 162.13 million euros in auditing (29.7% of the total), 112.77 million in legal services (20.7%) and 270.64 through their advisors (49.6%).

In total, the firm directed by Juanjo Cano carried out 25,170 services last year, 4% more, and provided solutions to 97% of the Ibex 35 companies.

KPMG has also revealed that it has increased its workforce by more than 600 professionals in 2022, to exceed 5,519 employees throughout Spain.

The professional services firm has also developed various initiatives to promote equality, diversity and the professional development of its teams. In this sense, it indicates that 47% of the professionals who work in the company are women, of whom 39% hold various managerial and management positions.

In its report, it also indicates that it carried out more than 284,000 hours of training for its professionals, in both virtual and face-to-face formats, with specific programs to develop the skills and abilities required by an environment marked by the digitization and emerging technologies.

It also highlights that in the social field, KPMG professionals helped 15,136 people “prosper by improving their employability, inclusion and training” thanks to volunteer initiatives. A figure that doubles that of the previous year.
