jpnn.com – BIAK – The General Election Commission (KPU) of Biak Numfor Regency, Papua, is preparing to welcome the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections.
Biak Numfor KPU provides an opportunity for the community to be directly involved as organizers, by opening registration for prospective members of the District Election Committee (PPD).
According to the Chairman of the Biak Numfor KPU, Joey Lawalata, the registration stages for the formation of the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Election PPK will start from 23 to 27 April 2024.
He said this was in accordance with KPU Decree Number 476 of 2024.
“The registration period will last for the next five days through the KPU Member Information System and Ad Hoc Bodies (SIAKBA),” said Joey in Biak, Friday (26/4).
He invited all the people of Biak Numfor Regency who met the requirements to register to become PPD members.
Joey said, prospective applicants can access and fill out the form via the SIAKBA application.
“We hope that the public can be actively involved in registering in the formation of the PPD for the Simultaneous Pilkada stage on November 27 2024,” he said.
