WHILE, Waspada.co.id – The General Election Commission (KPU) of North Sumatra (Sumut) submitted the results of the health checks of the two candidate pairs for Governor and Deputy Governor of North Sumatra, Edy Rahmayadi-Hasan Basri Sagala and Bobby Nasution-Surya.
From the results of the health check carried out by the H Adam Malik Central General Hospital (RSUP), Medan City, both pairs of candidates were declared to have no problems and were declared capable.
This was conveyed by the North Sumatra KPU Member, Raja Ahab Damanik to journalists, after submitting the results of the administrative requirements research (Permin) to the Candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor of North Sumatra, at the North Sumatra KPU Office, Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, Thursday (5/9)
“For health, four prospective regional head candidates issued by Adam Malik General Hospital were concluded to be capable (to become Governor of North Sumatra),” said Raja.
The request document was received by representatives of the pairs Edy Rahmayadi-Hasan Basri Sagala and Bobby Nasution-Surya, from each of the supporting political party coalitions.
However, Raja said, there were two documents submitted, namely the results of the health examination and the results of the administrative requirements research.
“So this document is not final. Because there is still time to improve if there are requirements that have not been met,” he said.
The king explained, for the health check, there was no problem. Both pairs of candidates or the four candidates, had no problems or were still eligible. However, for the administrative requirements, there are still things that need to be fixed.
“Among others, there are Candidate Pairs whose background color of their passport photos does not match the requirements. Then there is also a letter of fiscal exemption issued by the District Court that does not match the address for making the NPWP,” he said.
“So the submitted files still have time to be corrected or completed, namely September 6-8, 2024. For the last day we wait until 23.59 WIB,” he concluded.
