Kunchacko Boban plays the role of Kozhummal Rajeevan. The pre-production work for the film, which lasted for six months, was done by the cast and crew.
Kasargod had made great preparations for this film which is set in a rural setting. Many artists were found through casting calls from these areas and selected through training courses.

Later a small version of the film was shot with these artists only before the actual film was shot. Those who went through a process similar to finishing schools also got opportunities in this film.
Bollywood cinematographer Rakesh Haridas (Sherney Fame) is the cinematographer of the film. Manoj Kannoth is the editor and Jyothish Shankar is the art director.
Composed by Don Vincent, the film is set to release in theaters in the first week of July

The title launch of the film ‘The Face of the Faceless’ directed by Ausep was held at IMA Hall, Ernakulam.
Cardinal George Alencherry, Hibi Eden MP, Roji A. John MLA, Eugene, Father Stanley, Jeet Matharu and Ravi Kottarakkara addressed the function. Film star Vince Aloysius plays Queen Maria.
