Police say no case has been registered as there is no complaint. Police said there was an altercation with Kummati and no case was registered as no one was seriously injured or complained.
Kollam | Dispute over overtaking; Massacre in Nadu Road; Injury to SI and family
Kollam: Not a herd on Nadu Road in Kollam. The dispute over overtake culminated in a scuffle. The incident took place at Puthur around 9.30 am. SI Sugunan and his family at the Special Branch at Kundara station were questioned for overtaking a car and a bike.

A police officer and his family were injured in the scuffle. Footage of the incident was released. Sugunan’s wife Priya and son Amal were injured. The young men on the bike attacked their son Ali with a helmet at the end of the argument.
SI is trying to kidnap his son and wife while trying to attack Sugan. The injured are being treated at the Kottarakkara hospital. Two youths from Puthur were taken into police custody in the incident. Amal has seven stitches to his head injury.
