Kuwait Ministry of Education Reviewing List of Replacements for Expatriate Teachers

KUWAIT CITY: The Kuwait Ministry of Education has launched a mission to review the list of replacements for expatriate teachers. The ministry will soon provide the names of the teachers to be transferred to its administrative department.

Local media reported that despite receiving 2,000 applications from male and female teachers under local contracts in various academic fields, the ministry has yet to fill a quarter of these vacancies.

This is because many failed in the written tests and interviews. Only about 5 teachers out of every 50 applicants pass this assessment.
