Kuwait City: Kuwait temporarily suspends licensing of home delivery companies Kuwait allowed existing establishments to increase the number of vehicles subject to conditions.

Maximum number of vehicles should not exceed 90. It is suggested that bikes should not be more than 4 years old and delivery boys should wear helmets. Uniform is mandatory for drivers. The authorities also instructed delivery vehicles not to use ring road and highway. Meanwhile, other vehicles used for delivery should not be more than 3 years old. The Ministry of Home Affairs also directed that they should not be used after 7 years.
