His trip, planned over three days, aims in particular to visit the country but also to discuss several projects he wants to put in place to help the local population. After the declarations of the president of PSG Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, who gave an ultimatum to the French international by indicating that “if he wants to stay, he must sign a new contract”, the reaction of the player was expected. Asked this Friday by a journalist who asked him where Kylian would evolve soon, he replied with a smile: “Kylian is in Cameroon for the moment and that is the most important. I want to make the most of my stay, to make the most of my vacation. I want to take advantage of all Cameroonians and all Cameroonians and that is my only concern. »
After meeting the Prime Minister, Joseph Dion Ngute, Kylian Mbappé also mentioned the projects he wants to set up in Cameroon, without disclosing the content. “I was very happy to talk with the Prime Minister, underlined the French striker. We exchanged a lot of things, a lot of projects. I expressed all my gratitude for being able to receive me, all my joy at being here. We have a lot of projects, some already started with certain schools, but we have even bigger projects that we can’t talk about right away because we’re waiting for it to see the light of day. I know that there are a lot of things that are being prepared, we are working hard so that there is a bright future in Cameroon. »
His journey will last until Saturday evening. A friendly match with Vent d’Etoudi, a local second division team, is notably planned.
