Companies with more than 500 employees

The Best Workplace completes a research path that lasted a year, in which we analyzed 128 companies and listened to the opinions of over 53,000 people on the theme of their work – he explains Alessandro Zollo, CEO of Gptw -. We focus on aspects such as the trust of collaborators in managers or in the organization, the ability to listen to needs, support in the balance between life and office, especially for women, the sense of equity.
