La Crosse Airport Announces United Airlines Expansion, Signaling regional Travel hub Growth

Expanding travel options for the Coulee Region, the La Crosse Regional Airport will welcome four daily nonstop flights to Chicago via United airlines starting May 7. The new service complements existing flights offered by American Airlines and marks a critically important step in the airport’s ongoing efforts to increase connectivity for both business and leisure travelers.

The airport’s growth coincides with a change in leadership. Lauren Koss will officially assume the role of airport director next month, having served as interim director since October 2025. She succeeds Jeffrey Tripp, who resigned in October 2025 after less than two years in the position.
