La Liga: Barça leads by the smallest of margins against Villarreal

Villarreal continues its race to Europe, but has been slowed down for some time. The Yellow Submarine remains two straight losses. They sit eighth in the league, three points behind fifth-placed Betis.

Barcelona are in exceptional form. The Catalans haven’t lost in all competitions since October 26 (!). Barça, leader, is 8 points ahead of Real before this meeting.
