jpnn.com – SURABAYA – The votes obtained by candidates for members of the Indonesian Regional Representative Council (DPD) for the East Java electoral district AA La Nyalla Mahmud Mattalitti at a number of polling stations in Madura are suspected to be inconsistent with the existing facts.
The witness team from La Nyalla Mattalitti also submitted an objection to the East Java Provincial KPU.
“Outside of this context, Mr. La Nyalla is the Chair of the East Java Pancasila Youth, structurally our PAC is complete. Is it possible that the count is zero,” said Witness Coordinator for DPD RI Member Candidate AA La Nyalla Mahmud Mattalitti, Rachmatullah Al Amin, in Surabaya, Friday ( 8/3) p.m.
Rachmatullah gave an example of an incident that occurred in Socah and Tanah Merah Districts, Bangkalan Regency, Madura. Form D La Nyalla’s vote results were written as zero.
“In fact, based on the acquisition at 10 polling stations in Socah District, it was 665 votes. The acquisition at nine polling stations in Tanah Merah District was recorded at 394 votes,” he said.
Apart from Bangkalan Regency, the witness team also found similar conditions appearing in Sampang Regency, Madura.
“Form D results from serial number 2 in Sreseh District were 20, even though the sampling of 46 TPS was 1,500. Tambelangan District recorded zero D, even though the sampling at one of the TPS was 21,” he said.
Therefore, the team of witnesses also questioned the clarity of the incident.
The vote acquisition for DPD RI candidate for the East Java electoral district, La Nyalla, Mahmud Mattalitti, is suspected to be inconsistent with the existing facts.
