Cn Friday April 14, 2023, the very fresh prosecutor at the Labé court of first instance, Maurice Onivogui had his baptism of fire in the local media and for the cause, he chose Espérance Fm radio, the youngest of the local media.
Prosecutor Onivogui recalled that his prosecution is in a perfect state of health before recalling that the Labé central prison is one of the largest prisons in Guinea at the current time, illustrating his remarks by the fact that detainees and convicts from the 5 prefectures of the region and those of Pita are all serving their sentences there. (308 detainees)
The prosecutor recalled that citizens must learn to trust the judicial institution and the administrative and police authorities.
Prosecutor Maurice Onivogui that the first file that falls into his hands is that of Mamadou Kounou, this man who almost lost his life in a new popular vindictiveness last Wednesday.
The prosecutor reports that from what we know of the man, he is a repeat offender and is involved in many attacks on people and their property.
