A women who angrily claimed the box office of the CHIEF for a ticket, was nicknamed as “Lady Cancélamelo” for his attitude.
A video was spread through social networks in which a woman is exposed for her way of complaining to the ticket sellers of the Puebla Bus Station (HEAD).
Apparently, the now “baptized” as “Lady Cancel it” showed her anger against the ticket seller because the ticket they sold her had to make a transfer to get to its destination, something that she was not notified of, according to her complaint.

The woman did not take the situation well, as she began to angrily complain and even threaten the ticket sellers, asking them to cancel her ticket and return her money.
“Cancel them for me, I’ll throw the computer at you, you fucking bastard, I’m not going to calm down, cancel my ticket, I don’t give a damn, give me my money back,” the woman demanded.
At the site there was the presence of an element of the Auxiliary Police who asked the woman to calm down, as she could be fined.
The girl paid little attention to the presence of the uniformed man and his warning, so she continued with her complaints and a series of insults towards the employee, in addition to banging on the counter.
“I don’t care, go ahead, go ahead, but as fast as I can… Give me back my money! You fucking thief, give me back my money, you fucking bitch,” the woman shouted as everyone looked on, including the officer.
The clip was shared on social media and quickly went viral, leading some users to nickname her “Lady Cancel It” for her attitude and complaints to the CAPU box office.
At the end of the video, it is unknown whether the woman was able to cancel her ticket and get her money refunded, or whether the situation escalated into something bigger and the police officer had to act.

It should be noted that according to the CAPU website, customers can cancel and request a refund, as long as the request is made 30 minutes before the departure time indicated on the ticket.
