At the premiere of “Joker: Folie à Deux”, Lady Gaga attracted everyone’s attention: her extravagant outfit included a headdress reminiscent of horns.
Lady Gaga made a sensational appearance at the premiere of “Joker: Folie à Deux” at the Venice Film Festival. The musician and actress appeared with her co-star Joaquin Phoenix, director Todd Phillips, her fiancé Michael Polansky – and of course a special outfit.
Lady Gaga’s black dress consisted of a low-cut velvet top and a voluminous long skirt that billowed opulently around her legs. What particularly caught the eye, however, was her headpiece: a lace sculpture sat on Gaga’s head, covering her eyes and forming surreal horns with two more points on the top of her head.
To avoid the headpiece stealing the show, Lady Gaga’s blonde hair was tied into a classic, strict bun at the back of her head. Her make-up was dominated by her dark red lips. For jewelry, she chose large diamond earrings, a pearl necklace with a pendant and her engagement ring.
In the sequel to the 2019 film “Joker,” the 38-year-old takes on the role of Harley Quinn. Even though this character has been played by many actresses, Gaga told “Access Hollywood” on the red carpet: “My version of Harley is mine and it is very authentic to this film and these characters.” According to Gaga, the film, which is set out as a musical, is “really something you have to experience in the cinema.”
