Patna: Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary has made a big attack on Rashtriya Janata Dal President Lalu Prasad Yadav‘s advocacy of reservation for Muslims. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has bluntly told Lalu Yadav that reservation will not be given to Muslims at any cost. He said that no matter how much Lalu Yadav tries, Muslims will not be given special reservation. BJP will not let the reservation of people belonging to extremely backward society, Dalit society, backward society and poor upper caste society end at any cost.
‘Political players’ playing on their own pitch
Responding to Tejashwi Yadav calling the NDA government a ‘demon rule’, he said that this is his mentality. His father ruled Bihar with demonic power and established jungle raj in Bihar. Before the third phase of voting, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav had targeted the BJP and said that the BJP was provoking people by talking about jungle raj. The fear of defeat among BJP people is such that they are trying to instigate people. These people want to destroy the democracy and constitution of the country. During this, he had said that the Muslims of the country should get full reservation.
‘There is no provision for any reservation on the basis of religion’
Earlier, after RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav advocated reservation for Muslims, Bihar BJP’s media in-charge Danish Iqbal said that those who advocate Muslim reservation are completely anti-constitutional. It is clear in the Constitution that there cannot be any provision for reservation on the basis of religion. Despite that, these people promote communalism by talking about Muslim reservation.
Lalu Yadav in favor of Muslim reservation, RJD chief’s big statement amid third phase voting
Reservation for Muslim castes like Hindus
Within this country, on the basis of social justice, Dalits, exploited, deprived, extremely backward and people of Pasmanda community get reservation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has worked to integrate all of them into the mainstream. Iqbal said that the Muslim society also does not want to be divided on the basis of religion, but wants to come into the mainstream on the basis of social justice.
Rhetoric to polarize the vote bank?
Here, BJP spokesperson Kuntal Krishna also opposed this support of Lalu and said that vote bank is everything for him. For them there is neither country nor constitution in front of vote bank. He can do anything for appeasement.
