jpnn.comJAKARTA – Bunga Citra Lestari’s husband, Tiko Aryawardhana, reported his ex-wife with the initials AW to the Metro Jaya Police.
The report relates to a case of accessing electronic data belonging to another person without permission.
“The Metro Jaya Police received a report from Brother TPA, reporting Sister AW regarding the alleged criminal incident of accessing electronic data belonging to another person without permission,” said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Senior Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi, as reported by Antara, Monday (29/7).
Senior Commissioner Ade Ary explained that the report was registered with the number STTLP/B/3968/VII/2024/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA dated July 12, 2024 with Article 32 in conjunction with Article 48 of the ITE Law.
To the police, Tiko Aryawardhana admitted that AW had taken one of his laptops.
“According to the reporter’s brief description, it is suspected that the reported party forcibly took a laptop belonging to the victim,” he explained.
It is suspected that the laptop contained important data from the company where the victim worked.
According to Ade Ary, Tiko Aryawardhana’s report has been forwarded by Polda Metro Jaya to Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan.
