Major telecom operators in the DPR and LPR have begun installing SORM in accordance with the requirements of Russian law. Dmitry Galushko, CEO of the consulting company Orderkom, told Vedomosti about this. This information was confirmed by the ex-Minister of Communications of the DPR Viktor Yatsenko and two interlocutors in the telecom providers of the LPR and the DPR. According to them, Russian equipment for SORM has already begun to be tested by Miranda-Media and Lugacom.
A representative of Miranda Media refrained from commenting. Vedomosti sent a request to Uglelecom, Lugakom, the Ministry of Communications of the DPR, the Ministry of Communications of the LPR and the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
