The head of the Buenos Aires government Horacio Rodriguez Larreta announced this Tuesday, April 2, new measures to give employment options to the beneficiaries of the Ciudadanía Porteña program with the aim of linking social plans to work and training.

The proposal from the City is based on a study of the functionality of social plans in other countries. “From that our proposal is concrete: the social plans must be directmust be temporary and should include a consideration so that they receive them they can live better”.

“We want to present a new measure whose objective is not only to guarantee additional consideration, but also to limit the temporality of the plan so that it is an aid in an emergency, but that this aid never discourages the search for a job.
