Srinagar> Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist arrested with perfume bomb in Jammu and Kashmir. Arif Ahmed, a resident of Riazi district, was arrested. Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbagh Singh said that he was a teacher in a government school and was involved in several blasts.
Arif was arrested during the investigation in connection with the twin blasts in Jammu’s Narwal on January 21.
