jpnn.comJAKARTA – The handling of the adult film case involving the suspect Francisca Candra Novitasari alias Siskaeee is still ongoing.
The case has not yet entered trial even though the files have been submitted to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati) in February 2024 for file research.
Director of Special Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Police Commissioner Ade Safri Simanjuntak revealed the development of the Siskaeee case.
According to him, his party is still waiting for instructions from the Public Prosecutor (JPU) to hand over the suspect Siskaeee and evidence.
“We are still waiting for the results of research on the case files from the prosecutor at the DKI Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office,” said Commissioner Ade Safri, as reported by Antara, Friday (19/4).
The Siskaeee case files have been returned to the DKI Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office.
Investigators then completed the file according to instructions from the prosecutor.
“Based on instructions from the prosecutor, the files were asked to be separated into several files or split,” he explained.
The handling of the adult film case with the suspect Francisca Candra Novitasari alias Siskaeee is still ongoing.
