jpnn.comJAKARTA – The embezzlement case committed by former Fuji manager, Batara Ageng, will soon enter the trial process.
The news was revealed by Fuji’s attorney, Sandy Arifin in the South Jakarta area recently.
“In the near future (trial), we are waiting for confirmation from the Public Prosecutor when the trial will take place,” said Sandy Arifin.
According to him, Fuji is ready to attend the trial process for the embezzlement case which has cost him billions of rupiah.
Not only Fuji, a number of witnesses are also planned to be present at the trial.
“God willing, the witnesses will also be present,” added Sandy Arifin.
It is known that Fuji reported his former manager, Batara Ageng, to the police in September 2023 regarding an alleged embezzlement case.
Meanwhile, Batara Ageng is suspected of embezzling Rp1.3 billion of Fuji’s funds obtained from collaboration with 20 agencies from December 2021 to December 2022.
The embezzlement case committed by Fuji’s former manager, Batara Ageng, will soon enter the trial process.
