Goowathar, : More than 450 families live in Perundhuaru village next to Goowathar.

There were frequent low voltages in the area and the public suffered a lot. People were demanding to construct a new power switch in Perundhuru village. Subsequently, a new power converter with a capacity of 11 kilo volts was installed by the power board.

Seyyur Constituency VC, – MLA, Babu inaugurated this yesterday morning.

Similarly, he also inaugurated a new 11 kilo volt transformer installed in Cuddalore village.
